$10 Sports Physicals
MHP Urgent Care Warren is proud to offer school, camp, and sports physicals for anyone 17 and younger.
Each patient must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Your son or daughter may need a physical for sports, activities, or camp.
This physical does not replace the annual physical examination performed by your child’s primary care physician.
This physical exam specifically looks at blood pressure, heart rate, and assesses for heart murmurs, abnormal breath sounds, abdominal pain, and/or the possibility of a hernia.
If additional testing is indicated, the clearance for participation may be delayed. Typically, additional tests for heart and lung symptoms may include a chest x-ray, EKG, and possibly an echocardiogram (ultrasound exam of the heart).
The $10.00 sports physical offer is valid through December 31, 2026
