About MHP Urgent Care Warren

MHP Urgent Care is owned and operated by four well-respected and highly trained Emergency Medicine Physicians dedicated to providing each patient with compassionate, professional care. Patients will always be seen by board-certified physicians in an extremely clean, family-friendly medical environment. We always listen carefully to each patient’s concerns.

We are open 365 days a year. Walk-ins are always welcome.

Our on-site advanced testing diagnostics and digital x-ray capabilities help us successfully treat a wide array of illnesses and injuries the first time, saving patients from the expense of potential follow up medical visits. Should someone require more advanced care, we will coordinate a transfer to the Emergency Department right across the street.

We participate with all insurance plans. MHP Urgent Care also supports follow-up with specialized care available through the comprehensive MHP network.

The MHP Urgent Care Physician Team

Adam Vieder, D.O., FACEP, is a board-certified Emergency Medicine Physician. A native of metro Detroit, Dr. Vieder graduated from Michigan State University in 2008 with a degree in Kinesiology. Afterwards, he attended the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (MSUCOM) and graduated in 2014. Following medical school, Dr. Vieder completed an emergency medicine residency at Henry Ford Wyandotte Hospital.

Since the completion of residency and currently, he works in the emergency department at Corewell Farmington Hills where he also serves as the Director of Quality and a core faculty member for the residency program, training the next generation of emergency physicians. He is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians and has been a Fellow of the college since 2024. Additionally, Dr. Vieder serves as a faculty member at MSUCOM. When not working, Dr. Vieder enjoys spending time golfing, skiing, and relaxing at home with his wife, two kids, and two labrador retrievers.

Jason Vieder, D.O., is a board-certified Emergency Medicine physician. A native of Detroit, Dr. Vieder graduated from the University of Michigan in 1994. Subsequently, he attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and graduated in 2001. Dr. Vieder also holds a Master of Science degree in biology from Wayne State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA.

After completing his residency at Botsford Hospital (now Corewell Farmington Hills), Jason joined the Henry Ford Medical Group. Currently, Dr. Vieder is the Vice Chairman of the Emergency Department at Henry Ford. He has worked at Henry Ford Health for over 20 years.

Dr. Vieder has been named an HOUR Detroit Top Doc in Emergency Medicine multiple times. In addition to his clinical duties, Dr. Vieder is on staff at both the Wayne State and Michigan State University medical schools. “I love that each day I can come home knowing that I helped somebody. It may be big or it may be small but the fact that I have the opportunity to improve someone’s life is the most gratifying part of my job. I look forward to continuing this work at MHP Urgent Care and being a part of the surrounding community.”

Outside of work, Dr. Vieder enjoys spending time with his wife Stacy and children Sam, Gabe and Lindsay. Jason still plays basketball; just a little slower. He loves the Tigers, Pistons and most things Detroit!

Vieder, D.O., FACOEP, FACEP, is a dedicated Metro-Detroit native and accomplished physician leader with over 35 years of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, and hospital administration. Known for his adaptability and integrity, Dr. Vieder has overseen clinical teams, facility operations, and finances in dynamic settings including hospitals, pre-hospital care, and ambulatory clinics. Serving as Chairman and Medical Director of Emergency Medicine at Corewell Health/Beaumont Farmington Hills Hospital, he has implemented innovative workflow improvements and integrated new healthcare delivery systems, always putting patient-centered care and team growth first.

Dr. Vieder’s expertise includes value-based medicine, medical-legal review, case management, and physician training. He has managed and owned several urgent care centers and held leadership positions in EMS, hospital quality collaboratives, and medical control organizations. Academically, he serves as Assistant Clinical Professor at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and previously directed the Emergency Medicine Residency Program.

As a former co-founder, owner, and medical director of Lakes Urgent Care, Dr. Vieder gained valuable experience in business operations, marketing, and financial oversight. This background allows him to bridge outpatient and hospital care environments, fostering optimal patient support—a perspective now brought to MHP Urgent Care.

Recognized for his clinical leadership, Dr. Vieder has participated in research and publications focused on emergency medicine, stroke care, and patient safety. His dedication is evident through numerous honors, such as Fellowships in the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians and the American College of Emergency Physicians, Top Doctor awards, and community recognition for work in opioid overdose prevention and life support initiatives.

He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University and maintains board certifications in emergency medicine. Dr. Vieder is also an active member of several professional societies, including the AOA, ACOEP, ACEP, and UCAOA.

Haidar Al-Saadi, D.O., is an Emergency Medicine Physician at Corewell Health Farmington Hills. He graduated from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2010 and completed his 4 year residency in emergency medicine at Botsford Hospital in 2014. Haidar has been involved in Urgent Care for over 10 years and has extensive experience in evaluating and treating a variety of urgent and emergent illnesses and injuries.

Outside of medicine, Haidar enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids. He likes to play sports and go fishing.
